HPM Media Ltd is a family run business and extends its thanks to all its customers for choosing HPM Media ltd products. There may occasions however, when the personal service we provide does not meet with the expectations of the client and as such we have added these brief terms and conditions.

If, once you have received your order you are in anyway dissatisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 14 days of receipt by writing to :

Please include your order reference number which can be found on the sales confirmation email and we will refund your credit or debit card upon receipt of the returned items, provided that the goods are returned in the condition that they were dispatched.

We regret to inform you however, that any autographed goods or goods which bear any dedication to the client can only be refunded if they have been delivered to the client in less than satisfactory condition i.e damaged in transit, ripped or damaged pages or incorrect orders.

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation notice via e-mail and upon receipt of your order we aim to dispatch goods within the next 48 hours. You should receive your goods within 7 days for mainland U.K although deliveries abroad may be subject to delays beyond our control.
